Every rupee of the ₹51.01 Cr is backed by a tax invoice — all 22 invoices are in Data Room, Folder 02. Audited accounts are being prepared by Rajat Agrawal & Co., Bilaspur and will be delivered June 2026. The audited P&L will show net revenue (ex-GST) of approximately ₹43-44 Cr. The ₹51.01 Cr is gross contract value including GST — clearly labelled throughout this portal. FY22-25 audited revenues are CA-confirmed: ₹11.23 Cr, ₹11.66 Cr, ₹17.33 Cr.

Investment is into Pragati Defence Systems Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U29270CT2021PTC011232) — the core body armour business with all certifications, all revenue, and all government relationships. Pragati Deftech Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U30400CT2024PTC017134) handles UHMWPE manufacturing and is being converted to a 100% subsidiary before close. CS has been instructed. ROC process is underway.
Why invest now and not after the MoD ₹2,000 Cr order is issued?
